Website Terms & Conditions

Effective Date / Last Updated: July 14, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at siscyber.com (the “Website”), operated by SIS Cyber, LLC (“SIS Cyber,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

These Terms apply to the Website only. Any cybersecurity services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement between SIS Cyber and the client, and those agreements control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

1. Use of the Website

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, or any connected systems, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Website without our prior written authorization;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Website, including by transmitting malware, launching denial-of-service attacks, or imposing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Website by automated means without our prior written consent;
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • Use the Website in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

2. Intellectual Property

The Website and all content on it — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and design — are owned by SIS Cyber or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. “SIS Cyber” and our logos are trademarks of SIS Cyber, LLC.

You may view, download, and print content from the Website for your internal business or personal informational use only. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Website content without our prior written permission.

3. No Professional Advice; Informational Content Only

Content on the Website — including blog posts, articles, resources, and descriptions of security practices — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, or security advice, and it is not a substitute for a formal engagement with a qualified professional based on your specific circumstances. You should not act or refrain from acting based on Website content without obtaining appropriate professional advice. No attorney-client, consultant-client, or other professional relationship is created by your use of the Website.

4. Submissions

If you submit information through the Website (for example, through a contact form), our collection and use of that information is described in our Privacy Policy. Any ideas, suggestions, or feedback you voluntarily submit about our business or the Website (“Feedback”) may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you, and you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such Feedback.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, LinkedIn). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Links do not imply our endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIS CYBER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

For clarity, this Section applies to the Website only and does not limit any liability terms negotiated in a separate written services agreement between SIS Cyber and a client.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SIS Cyber and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

9. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Website with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SIS Cyber regarding your use of the Website. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
